The news is going nuts over how much oil is gushing out. Watching CNN they show the size of the pipe as big as a garbage can. i.e., barrel size.
I would say based on the video there is easily 1 barrel coming out every second.
There are 86,400 seconds in a day. I’m no scientist but I think there is alot of freaking oil coming out . Their collection efforts are a joke.
